"I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with the lack of customer service being provided by Dustin and his office. That's only filed one claim with his office due to hail damage that was out of my control. I had a rate increase of 180% of how much I was never given a courtesy call or anything other than a piece of paper in the mail that showed an increase but didn't really explain anything. Now I just received another piece of paper in the mail let me know that my vehicle safety discount is being completely removed and increasing my policy by $286 every 6 months. Once again no simple phone call or any anything from Dustin or his customer service representatives. I expressed how upset I was about the first rate increase and the lack of any type of personal communicacation other than a automated letter. As much as I pay for car insurance you would think they would take the time to try to retain their customers instead of demonstrating nothing but greed and how poor of an insurance agent he really is. Stop wasting money sending out a stupid Christmas card/holiday card and focus on customer retention and personalized customer service."
